What is iYield exactly, and how did it all get started?
iYield was founded in 2023 by a team of crypto natives who faced challenges managing their growing crypto investments alongside their everyday finances. The existing tools in the market were too limited and failed to provide a complete, holistic view of their financial situation.
What started as a custom spreadsheet — similar to what many serious DeFi investors use — quickly evolved as our founder added more automation. It became clear that iYield could benefit all crypto users as a web app, and so iYield was born to provide a comprehensive financial management solution for the entire crypto community.
Tell me a little bit about the team and where you are located. What does a day in the life of a team member look like?
Our team consists of 10 dedicated members who bring a wide range of expertise to the table. We are a distributed team, with members working remotely from different parts of the world.
A typical day involves collaboration across various functions, including development, marketing, customer support, and strategic planning. Each day is dynamic, with our team focused on advancing iYield’s mission of bringing comprehensive financial planning to the crypto community.

What has been the most difficult thing about working in the space? How does your team work together to overcome obstacles?
The fast-paced nature of the crypto world definitely brings its challenges, especially when it comes to staying on top of new developments and keeping our platform secure and easy to use. But our team’s flexibility and focus on the long game help us navigate these hurdles. By sticking to our core mission and keeping the lines of communication open, we work together to overcome obstacles and keep delivering value to our users.
