Facing the machines head-on, one man embarked on a journey to recreate ALL 10,000 original punks in the style of building blocks, representing human creativity and effort by doing each piece one by one.

It all started here on OpenSea (opensea.io/collection/theblockpunks-v1), the project had great acceptance then it was moved to a smart contract, airdroping every owner a gold background version of their BlockPunks.

All Blockpunks were recreated matching its equivalent og cryptopunks. The process of recreating took me 2 months and a few weeks of grinding work, going back and forth on Blender 3D and the larvalabs page to check traits to each punk ensuring I was making everything right.
