Yuga Labs, BMW, Forbes Web3 & Others Join Arts DAO Fest in Dubai

Arts DAO Fest, the largest Web3 cultural event in the Middle East and North African region (MENA), has onboarded some big names for its 2024 festival.

According to a recent announcement, some of the partners that have signed on for the event include Forbes Web3, Yuga Labs, eToro, LandVault, Pixelmon, Linea, and others. There is also a strong lineup of featured speakers from the Web3 space, including Wale.Swoosh and Punk6529, Jordan Castro (the co-founder of Doodles), Minh Do (COO of Animoca Brands), Zeneca (founder of ZenAcademy), Eowyn Chen (CEO of Trust Wallet), and many others.

The festival invites Web3 artists around the world to gather and showcase their work on an international stage. It is set to take place in Dubai at The Agenda on April 20th-21st, coinciding with the Bitcoin halving expected around the same time.

420 unique artworks will be chosen for the exhibition. Ten winners will be announced from the main stage, and some will have the chance to have their work featured in Forbes Web3 magazine. Here are a few other things that will be happening in Dubai:

  • Yuga Labs is expected to unveil the newest demo of Dookey Dash Unclogged, which will have a $1 million prize pool.
  • BMW will be showcasing a car designed by Jeff Koons, as well as an NFT collection from the Museum of Sound that celebrates the sound of BMW’s traditional engines.
  • Linea, a zkEVM ecosystem that empowers Web3 apps, will present an installation that enables neural brain waves to interact with its network.
  • Pixelmon’s famous character Kevin will be in attendance for some comic relief.

Creators, artists, investors, and Web3 fans from around the world are expected to attend the event to celebrate the digital age and foster a thriving Web3 community. There will also be discussions, interactive and immersive workshops, games, live music, and digital art exhibitions.

The Arts DAO Fest taking place in Dubai later this month is more than just an opportunity for Web3 fans to connect and network. It’s also a celebration and promotion of Web3 artists, and the Arts DAO isn’t alone in its desire to highlight artists and creators.
